Walking football

Increase your mental and physical wellbeing at Walking Football

​

Hampton Rangers holds 2 walking football sessions a week

​

Friday afternoons- 3:30pm

Sunday mornings 10:30am

​

Males and females aged 50+ are welcome to join for a slower paced version of the game we all love.

​

Sessions are £5 each or if you attend Friday and Sunday its a reduced rate of £8 for both.

​

Walking football has many benefits including 

- Improving your strength

- Increasing your mood

- Making new friends 

- Reduces stress

- ITS GREAT FUN!
